How to find an artist?
Go to the "Search" tab, where you can find a master or specialist who will fulfill the order by choosing from the list of categories, or immediately go to the list of specialists.
How are performers checked?
Specialists who register in the application undergo verification — they provide us with photos of the first and second pages of their passports and their photo for personal identification.
Can I use my account as a Customer and as a Performer?
You can switch your account from Customer to Contractor and vice versa in one click. This can be done by going to the "My Profile" tab.
How to order a service at My Gin?
In order to order the service, you need to go to the "Order" tab and fill in all the necessary information (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory). After that, click on the "Order" button and receive feedback from the performers.
